You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver.
After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center near the baggage claim, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. If you did not receive a text or cannot click the link, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arrival terminal and call Go Airlink NYC contact number +1.212.812.9000. The driver will meet you at the Welcome Center - please remain in this area.
Go Airlink NYC can provide ADA wheelchair accessible vehicles. Reservations required. Please send flight and hotel information to reservations@airlinknyc.com no later than 72 hours before the arrival.
The following items are prohibited from being brought into Go Airlink vehicles: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks.
