1. Participants who are unable to participate on the day of departure will be deemed to have automatically waived their right to a refund. No refunds will be given.
2. For other additional hotel accommodations or services, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective hotel.
3. If the customer or the group withdraws from the trip due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), no refunds will be given, nor will any other services be compensated for.

The company reserves the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect liability arising from force majeure.
