Stop 2

The Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization is a museum in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The museum, opened in 2008, covers Islamic culture, with more than 5,000 artifacts from the Islamic world. Objects include calligraphy, carvings, ceramics, coins, glass, manuscripts, metalwork, and scientific instruments.

Stop 3

Al Noor Mosque is a mosque in Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates, located on the Khaled lagoon at the Buhaira Corniche. It is of Turkish Ottoman design and was influenced by the Sultan Ahmed Mosque in Turkey. It is one of the mosques open to the public in Sharjah, which has over 600 total.

Sharjah Fort is a double story traditional rock, coral and adobe fortification in the centre of the city of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. The fort was originally constructed in 1820 by the then Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Qasimi.

Located just off the Sharjah corniche, beside an array of fishing boats in the water, Souq Al Jubail stands as a landmark with domes and pillars that are traditional to Islamic architecture. Fish are hauled in from nearby boats, making the souk the quintessential Sharjah fish market. It also serves as the ultimate fruits and vegetables market, featuring local and freshly imported produce at reasonable prices. Souq Al Jubail is, therefore, one of the most ideal places to visit in Sharjah for grocery shopping. If you’re looking for things to do with kids, put this souk on your list of places to visit with the family. Your kids can spend time in the central atrium, while you cross everything off your grocery list.
