Sorrento is a town overlooking the Bay of Naples, it was the birthplace of the poet Torquato Tasso and it became famous in the world with the song "Torna a Surriento" written by Giambattista De Curtis. The town is also famous for its wood engraving music box, coral necklaces and lemon drink called Limoncello made from lemon rinds, alcohol, water and sugar, that you can find in many little shops of Sorrento's alleyways.
