Meeting Point: In front of the Mondadori Duomo Bookstore entrance (Piazza del Duomo - 20121 Milan). Please look for a guide holding a sign or a purple flag with the "Hidden Experiences" logo.
Latecomers will NOT be admitted to the tour. We kindly ask for maximum punctuality.
WARNING: Access to the Duomo Complex is subject to strict security checks.
Please note that the ascent to the Terraces is by elevator, while the descent is via stairs (250 steps). We also inform you that helmets, glass objects, and luggage are strictly forbidden inside the Cathedral. We strongly advise against bringing large bags.
Dress Code: Please wear appropriate clothing for religious sites (knees and shoulders must be covered). We kindly ask you to avoid wearing sports jerseys/t-shirts.
Accessibility: The Terraces visit is not accessible for wheelchair users or guests with mobility impairments, as reaching the second terrace requires climbing stairs (80 steps).
