Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Delight yourself with the exotic fruits of Guatemala, grown in the country’s fertile volcanic soil and ideal climate. When trying seasonal fruits we may include 2 or 3 out of a variaty like: Rambután, Chico, Anona, Paterna, Pitaya, Zapote, Aguacate or Local Banana. These fruits offer a unique and refreshing flavor that will delight your palate and showcase the richness of Guatemala’s natural abundance.
